Medical Therapeutics, LLC (herein referred to as “MED T” “we”, “us”, “our”, or "ourselves") owns and operates the website mensarx.com aka: Mens ARX™, and Mens Advanced RX™ (the “Website” or the “Site”). The terms “you” or “yours” refer to the person accessing the Site or using the Services.
The Site is an online platform to enable providing the Services. The “Services” include (i) providing general information on topics of health care and wellness (“Content”); (ii) enabling registered users to access pharmacy services; (iii) telecommunications support to allow registered users to access health care providers who are principals or have a contractual relationship with MED T; (iv) gathering health care information from registered users; and (v) enabling payment for health care provider services and pharmacy services.
These Terms of Use describe your responsibilities in your use of the Site and the Services. By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy of MED T, the Consent to Telehealth, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to access or otherwise use the Site, the Services or the Content.
MED T may change these Terms of Use from to time without notice to you. These Terms of Service Use are as in effect on the Effective Date shown above. You should read these Terms of Use each time you visit the Site or use the Services.
You are not eligible to use our Site or Services unless you are located in one of the states where we currently operate or have a referral physician in your home state meeting all licensing, insurance,and regulatory requirements. Med T operates Mens ARX™ as a medicine lead aggregator whom matches the client with a provider that is licensed, carries medical malpractice insurance, and meets all the regulatory requirements of the state in which they practice. If we do not have a provider in your state we will notify you at the time of your appointment. We are not liable or responsible for the services of any provider we may refer you to, their pricing, or their scope of services.
Any complaints against a practicing physician should be directed to the medical Complaint and Licensing Board within the subject state of your physician service provider.
As a telemedicine lead aggregator and online men's medical clinic (limited by states we operate in ourselves) we provide best efforts to match you and your medical needs with a licensed and insured male therapeutics physician in your state. As such you may speak with a doctor on our staff or you may be referred to a doctor in another state or network that offers similar male health and wellness services.
Our goal like any lead aggregator is to provide a quality match and to manage the cost as much as possible to be competitive and affordable for the you client. Our service is similar in nature to lead aggregators in the home improvement business, the auto sales business, the legal aid referral community, and other aggregated provider industries.
The only exception to this model is that we may provide direct services to you if we have a physician licensed, insured and meeting all regulatory requirements for telemedicine in your state working in the employ of Med T. In addition we will only be able to fill prescription in states in which the pharmacy has a license to mail your prescription if you are out-of-state. Our pharmacy may or may not be able to mail to your state. If we provide a referral to a physician in your state that physician will be able to fill you prescription in your home state.
If we ourselves do not offer direct service in your area we will attempt to make a referral within our network to a qualified licensed male therapeutics' physician in your state. We will advise you that is a referral and not a direct relationship with one of the Med T Mens ARX™ Physicians.
In order to be eligible to use the Services: You must be age 18 or over. You must be located in a State Where We Currently Operate. You agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms of Use. Even if you meet these eligibility requirements, you are not guaranteed to receive the Services. MED T reserves the right not to provide the Services for any or no reason.
It is important that you read and understand the Privacy Policy of MED T and incorporated into and made a part of these Terms of Use. These Privacy Policies describe how we may collect and use your personal information.
